Maintenance Technician

The business is now in the growth & expansion phase and we are looking for motivated individuals who are keen on joining us. Job Description: Production: Assist engineers with daily operational tasks in the factory. Provide support for manufacturing processes when required. Ensure products are manufactured according to schedule and meet customer quality requirements . Comply with company standards, safety regulations, and safe work practices. Train and guide new employees when required. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on air-conditioners and cooling equipment . Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in proper storage and good condition. Support maintenance and manufacturing activities to ensure smooth production. Requirements: Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency. Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Willing to learn and adapt. Prior experience in maintenance and repair of air-conditioning and/or cooling systems; or Prior experience in the Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication industry is an advantage. Additional Information: Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided . The role requires handling and moving parts weighing up to 15 kg. The role involves working with chemicals; appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
