Manufacturing Technician

The business is now in the growth & expansion phase and we are looking for motivated individuals who are keen on joining us. Job Description: Production: Assist engineers with daily operational tasks in the factory. Provide support for one or more manufacturing processes when required. Ensure products are manufactured according to schedule and meet customer quality requirements . Comply with company standards, safety regulations, and safe work practices. Train and guide new employees when required. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in proper storage and good condition. Support maintenance and manufacturing activities to ensure smooth production. Requirements: Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency. Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Willing to learn and adapt. Prior experience in the Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication industry is an advantage. Additional Information: Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided . The role requires handling and moving parts weighing up to 15 kg. The role involves working with chemicals; appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
