Chef De Partie

Job Description & Requirements: Stamford Social is looking for a committed and organised Chef de Partie to run an assigned kitchen section and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality dishes. This role is responsible for mise en place, station readiness, food preparation, and service execution according to company standards. You should be confident working independently within your section while contributing to the overall teamwork and rhythm of the kitchen. This role suits someone who is disciplined, motivated, and takes pride in craft and consistency. Key requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or strong line cook in a professional kitchen Good understanding of prep, service workflow, food hygiene, and station management Able to work cleanly, efficiently, and consistently under pressure Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow recipes and standards closely Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented approach to work Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required Key responsibilities Manage and maintain your assigned section during prep and service Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes, standards, and service needs Ensure your station is clean, organised, and fully set up for service Support food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation at all times Coordinate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow Follow hygiene, food safety, and stock rotation procedures properly Assist in reducing wastage and maintaining good kitchen discipline About Stamford Social: Stamford Social is a modern all-day restaurant and community space located in the heart of Singapore.
