Barista

Job Description & Requirements: Stamford Social is looking for a friendly, energetic and quality-driven Barista to join our opening team. As an all-day restaurant and community space, coffee will play an important role in the guest experience from morning through afternoon. You will be responsible for preparing coffee and other beverages to a high standard, maintaining speed and consistency during service, keeping your station clean and organised, and contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role suits someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in product quality, and works well in a team environment. Key requirements Previous barista experience in a cafe, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting preferred Good understanding of espresso-based coffee preparation, milk texturing, and basic beverage standards Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment Strong attention to cleanliness, organisation, and guest interaction Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required Key responsibilities Prepare coffee and beverages consistently in line with company standards Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and organisation of the coffee station at all times Support smooth service flow by managing orders efficiently during busy periods Monitor stock levels for coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other barista-related items Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and equipment care procedures properly Provide warm, genuine and attentive service to guests Support the wider floor team when required to ensure a seamless guest experience About Stamford Social: Stamford Social is a modern all-day restaurant and community space located in the heart of Singapore.
