We are inviting passionate Centre Leaders / Childcare Principals to join us in creating meaningful early learning experiences across Singapore. ✨ What You’ll Do Leadership & Centre Management Provide strategic leadership to ensure high‑quality programme delivery Oversee day‑to‑day centre operations in compliance with ECDA regulations Develop and implement centre policies, SOPs, and quality assurance processes Manage enrolment, occupancy targets, and resource planning Curriculum & Pedagogical Excellence Guide teachers in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum Monitor teaching practices and classroom environments to uphold quality standards Use data and observations to drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes Ensure alignment with NEL Framework and ECDA quality benchmarks Staff Management & Professional Development Lead, mentor, and appraise educators to build a high‑performing team Identify training needs and support staff in professional development pathways Foster a positive, collaborative, and values‑driven work culture Oversee staff deployment, scheduling, and manpower planning Family & Community Engagement Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and engagement Address parent concerns professionally and uphold service excellence Collaborate with community partners to enhance children’s learning experiences Safety, Compliance & Administration Ensure full compliance with licensing, health, safety, and child protection requirements Oversee audits, licensing renewals, and regulatory submissions Manage budgets, procurement, and centre financial processes responsibly Implement risk management and emergency preparedness procedures Centre Development & Innovation Drive centre improvement initiatives and quality accreditation efforts Leverage technology and innovation to enhance operations and learning Lead projects that strengthen centre branding, parent satisfaction, and programme value 🎓 Requirements Relevant ECDA-recognized qualifications in Early Childhood Care & Education with Leadership Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Passion for nurturing infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth 🌟 Why work with our Clients Values-driven culture that celebrates Educators as role models Opportunities across Singapore for flexibility and growth Supportive onboarding rituals and affirmation practices Professional development pathways to grow your career in early childhood education 📩 How to Apply If you are ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of children, we would love to hear from you.
