As an Accounts Payable Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the hotel's financial operations by ensuring the accurate processing and timely payment of invoices and expenses. You'll review and verify supplier invoices, prepare payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure all transactions comply with Hilton's policies and procedures. Working closely with internal departments and external vendors, you'll help maintain strong supplier relationships, support month-end closing activities, and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance department. Through your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, you'll help safeguard the hotel's financial integrity while supporting exceptional guest experiences. Job Description & Requirements As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Account for and audit all purchase orders, receive records and suppliers’ invoices (purchase invoices matching procedure). Ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before processing payment. Prepare vouchers, including cost distributions and account codes for all suppliers’ invoices and credit memos. Balance suppliers’ monthly statements to the hotel’s accounts payable record. Answer suppliers’ and other parties’ queries relating to accounts payable. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: University degree and above. 1-2 years of relevant experience. Attention to details and good interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and Chinese to meet business needs. Possess system skills in Check SCM, SUN.
