Operations & Marketing / Communications Executive Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and creative individual to support our operations, marketing, and communications functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes coordination and bringing ideas to life through content and branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Operations Coordinate administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions. Manage scheduling, event logistics, documentation, and internal communications. Support project coordination and process improvement initiatives. Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams when required. Marketing & Communications Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms. Assist with branding, campaigns, and marketing initiatives. Coordinate photography, videography, and event-related marketing efforts. Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is an advantage. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
