About this role

We are supporting a leading financial services firm in Singapore in their search for an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their Fixed Income Division. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment and enjoys juggling a variety of responsibilities. What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and video-conferences Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries Process expense reimbursements and handle invoices Prepare PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials Prepare reports and maintain client contact records in internal systems Proofread translations between English and Simplified/Traditional Chinese Support client events, roadshows, and seminars Provide backup support to the Office Manager and fellow assistants as needed What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support role; financial industry experience is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese A flexible, collaborative team player willing to work extended hours when required Strong multitasking skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure A pleasant, mature, proactive, and independent working style If you're a fast-learning, self-motivated professional looking to grow your career supporting a dynamic Fixed Income team, we'd love to hear from you!
