About this role

The Workday Functional Consultant – Performance Managementis responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, testing, andongoing support of Workday Performance Management and related Human CapitalManagement (HCM) modules. This role partners closely with HR, Talent Management, andIT stakeholders to optimize performance review processes, goal management,continuous feedback, and talent management programs within the Workdayplatform. Key Responsibilities 1. Workday Configuration & Functional Expertise Lead end-to-end configuration and functional support forWorkday Performance Management modules, including performance reviews, goalmanagement, check-ins, continuous feedback, feedback cycles, talent cards, andreview templates. Configure business processes, security roles, conditionrules, notifications, and dashboards in alignment with business requirements. 2. Project Implementation & Enhancements Participate in or lead Workday system enhancements, newfeature rollouts, and optimization initiatives. Collaborate with HR and Talent stakeholders to gatherrequirements and translate them into functional system configurations. Support Workday releases by reviewing new features,assessing business impact, and implementing relevant updates. 3. Testing & Documentation Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing,system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). Maintain detailed system documentation, includingconfiguration designs, SOPs, and release notes. 4. Data & Reporting Build, optimize, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards(including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports). Perform data integrity checks and provide reporting insightsto HR and leadership teams. 5. Support & Advisory Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday PerformanceManagement and related modules. Resolve system issues, provide functional troubleshootingsupport, and manage Workday support cases. Train and support HR partners, managers, and employees onperformance management processes and system usage. Requirements At least 8 years of experience in Workday functionalconsulting, Workday HCM, or enterprise HR systems implementation. Hands-on experience delivering at least one end-to-endWorkday Performance Management implementation. Workday Performance and Talent Management certificationpreferred.
