Senior Procurement Manager (Equipment)

Job Summary The Senior/Category Manager leads strategic and operational management of assigned Equipment categories , driving supplier strategies and complex sourcing projects to align with business goals. This role mentors Procurement and collaborates with senior stakeholders across Engineering, R&D, and Operations. Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA preferred 7–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, or equipment-heavy industries Proven experience managing strategic supplier negotiations and cross-functional projects Advanced negotiation and supplier management skills Strong analytical skills with expertise in TCO, cost modeling, and financial analysis Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and e-sourcing tools Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10–20%) Interested applicants, please kindly email your updated resume to marketing@aristos-search.com .
