The Customer & Logistics Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting daily logistics, inventory, and order fulfilment operations. This role acts as a bridge between customers, warehouse staff, delivery personnel, and retail teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in customers. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and order status. Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Logistics & Operations Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Coordinate daily deliveries with drivers and third-party logistics providers. Schedule deliveries and monitor delivery progress. Track shipments and update customers on delivery status. Assist in inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation. Prepare picking lists and packing lists for warehouse operations. Assist with receiving, checking, and recording incoming stock. Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate filing of logistics and customer documents. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports. Update inventory and customer information in the company system Job Requirements Education Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent. Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse, or administrative work preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience using inventory, ERP, POS, or logistics management systems is an advantage. Able to prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Physical Requirements Able to move light cartons or products when required (up to approximately 10–15 kg). Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when operationally required.
