Job Summary Lead strategic growth, governance, and regulatory compliance for a CMS-licensed asset management firm, driving business development and ensuring robust operational controls. Responsibilities Lead and define strategic direction for the firm’s asset management business to support sustainable growth. Ensure the firm’s full compliance with all Singapore CMS regulatory requirements to maintain license integrity. Develop and execute business development strategies, including fundraising and managing client relationships to expand assets under management. Design, implement, and maintain internal controls, governance frameworks, and operational processes to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency. Demonstrate commitment by allocating sufficient time and attention to fulfill director duties effectively. Uphold integrity and competence by meeting “fit and proper” criteria and maintaining a strong professional reputation free of regulatory or disciplinary issues. Apply deep knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, including compliance, risk management, and governance standards, to guide firm policies and practices. At least 5 years of senior experience in fund management or financial services to inform leadership decisions and regulatory adherence.
