Boutique Security Concierge Officer

Job Description: Monitor access control systems and ensure authorised entry into the premises. Conduct security patrols and inspections where required. Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches. Prepare occurrence reports and maintain accurate records of incidents. Deliver a high standard of customer service and create a positive guest experience. Ensure compliance with site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies. Perform other security-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Security Officer RTT and OBSE certified 1 notification available Well-groomed with personal full black suit Relevant experience in customer service, reception, hospitality is preferred.
