Contract: 6 Months Salary: SGD $3,300 per month Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Expected Start Date: 1 August 2026 (or earlier) Job Description Provide floor support and serve as a visible point of contact for workplace-related enquiries and assistance. Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure workspaces, meeting areas, collaboration spaces, client suites, and amenity areas are maintained to high standards. Support workplace readiness, inventory management, pantry supplies, lockers, and other workplace services. Plan and support workplace events, employee engagement activities, wellness programmes, office tours, and other site initiatives. Gather employee feedback and support continuous improvement of workplace services and experiences. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards are met. Maintain workplace records, reports, inventory logs, and other operational documentation. Support compliance with workplace, safety, security, and operational policies. Job Requirements Minimum NITEC qualification or equivalent in any field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates without prior experience are welcomed to apply. Training will be provided. Relevant experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or office administration is preferred. A customer-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are preferred. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Able to commit to a 6-month contract and comfortable with a contract role. Candidates who are available to commence work at short notice will have an advantage.
