Command Centre Operator

Job Responsibilities Come join the team & be expose in the security industry Monitoring and managing all incoming communications and ensuring timely responses or escalations as necessary Coordinating assignments and tasks, both locally and regionally, to optimize workflow Attendance monitoring Handling incidents according to established protocols, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly Management of Command Center data Monitoring and responding to emails internally and externally with clients and vendors etc Management of Operations inventory Monitoring and recording of permanent and ad-hoc assignments Answering incoming calls, forwarding them as needed, and maintaining call logs for documentation purposes Perform periodic welfare and operational checks on security officers at site to ensure their well-being, alertness and compliance with assigned duties. Key Requirements: Minimally 1 year experience in call centre / command centre / customer service Min N levels or equivalent PLRD licensed (Minimum SSO) Able to work in a team Working Hours - 24 work days / 8 hours shifts
