Security Supervisor

Job Description: Supervise and lead a team of Security Officers to ensure the smooth operation of daily security activities Plan work schedules and deploy security personnel according to operational requirement Ensure security duties are carried out in accordance with site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies Conduct regular inspections and patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment Respond to security incidents, emergencies and operational issues, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken. Prepare and submit occurrence reports, incident reports and other required documentation Liaise with clients, contractors and relevant authorities on security-related matters when required Provide guidance, coaching and on-site support to Security Officers Perform other security-related duties as assigned Job Requirements: Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Security Supervisor Supervise Security Officers certified 1 notification available Working Hours: Shift Roster: 5 days working week, off days will depend on roster Location: Bendemeer Woodlands If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please WhatsApp your detailed resume to our Operations Team - Vimal (96257590).
