M&E Coordinator _ Lta Mrt Project

Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E works to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Coordinate with LTA, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on M&E design, installation, testing, and commissioning. Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and technical documents Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, LTA requirements, and statutory regulations. Coordinate interface works between M&E, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines. Resolve technical issues, construction clashes, and site coordination matters. Supervise testing, commissioning, inspections, and system handover. Ensure compliance with QA/QC, WSH, environmental, and project quality standards. Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, as-built drawings, and project handover documents. Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination for LTA or major infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of M&E systems, testing and commissioning, and authority requirements. Familiar with LTA specifications, Singapore Standards, and statutory regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
