Job Summary Join Arthesdam Jewellery as a Retail Sales Executive to promote fine jewellery sales, deliver excellent customer service, and support retail operations in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities Explain fine jewellery features to customers to promote sales and achieve targets Provide attentive customer service to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty Process point-of-sale transactions accurately to ensure smooth retail operations Adapt to a five-day work week with flexible shifts to support business needs Pursue career progression opportunities by demonstrating commitment and drive in retail sales Preferred competencies and qualifications Maintain a positive attitude to embrace training and development opportunities Use effective communication and presentation skills to engage customers and support sales Communicate proficiently in English and an additional language to serve a multilingual customer base No prior experience required Other Information Location Central district near MRT stations on green, blue, and purple rail lines Career Level Entry Level and Senior Level Qualification Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC Employment Type Full-Time 5 Days work week, Singaporean / PR only Required to work on weekends and public holidays Application Interested candidates may send detailed resumes with current/last drawn and expected salary to office@arthesdam.com.sg for interview appointment.
