Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

This role involves hands-on recruitment delivery, managing senior hiring through to early careers, and leading strategic hiring projects while fostering a best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders. Key duties include actively sourcing talent, building robust pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to advise on recruitment strategy and market trends. Candidates must possess experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within an in-house TA role, embedded RPO, or agency, with essential experience in the (Re)insurance sector, where specific Reinsurance market knowledge is highly advantageous. Required attributes include exceptional direct sourcing skills, thorough market knowledge of insurance compensation trends, strong relationship-building abilities, and experience in process improvement and change management.
