Job Purpose The officer is required to provide strong support to the Finance Manager in ensuring timely and smooth finance operations for accounts payable (AP) Why Join Us Opportunities for professional development and career growth Medical, Dental and Insurance benefits AWS (13th Month Bonus) Performance Bonus and Annual salary increment Flexible Cash Benefit (up to $400 per annum) Hybrid Working Arrangement Duties and responsibilities Responsible for supporting the Finance/Accounting Operations, mainly in AP, GL and month end / year end closing processes, ensuring compliance to internal processes and policies Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions Responsible for supporting audit, tax and other statutory requirements Prepare account schedules after quarterly financial close to ensure accuracy and completeness of financials Business Partner to Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Corporate Admin, Partnerships Development & Communications, Venue Management Departments Perform data analysis to aid business decisions of these departments, including review of Purchase Orders from these departments Carries out and assumes any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Reporting Officer Education & Experience Education Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent Experience Good grasp of accounting principles and accounting entrie Fresh Graduate welcome to apply Characteristics Good interpersonal and communication skills Team player with commitment and initiative Positive attitude towards learning and development Attention to details Proficient in MS Office Preferably able to start work immediately Note - This is a 2 year contract role [Renewable]
