About this role
Our client is a regional private hospital - we're currently looking for a person who has spent at least 10 years in a GP role working their way up into a clinical operations role / change / leadership function. This role requires someone to look at the portfolio of hospitals to help improve quality and standards to emulate Singapore. Currently rolling out new accreditations across the group of hospitals we need a person who can help drive the change, improvements, and focus on leveling up the standards. Lots of operational improvements, so we need a person who has a strong background in SG public or private hospitals, we're not looking for a specialist per se, more of a GP who has moved up led, and taken on more impact driven roles. This role is NOT in Singapore.
