Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team: Job Responsibilities： Comply with workplace safety procedures and support incident reporting when required. Track vessel schedules through Portnet and Jurong Port systems and coordinate with shipping agents. Communicate with customers and plant operators regarding delivery schedules and order updates. Schedule and oversee driver assignments to achieve delivery targets. Monitor vehicle movements using GPS and manage Prime Movers and drivers. Prepare and check shipping documentation and process PODs promptly. Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely solutions. Review driver trip records and handle urgent operational requests. Provide standby support for operational emergencies on a rotational basis. Job Requirements: GCE 'A' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in 3PL, Transport Operations, Traffic Planning, or Workforce Scheduling. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and perform under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude. Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Willing to participate in 24/7 rotational standby support.
