Job Summary Assistant Site Managers supervise janitorial operations within a building, leading cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. They coordinate tasks, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in cleaning services. Responsibilities Lead and supervise janitorial teams to ensure cleaning tasks are completed effectively and meet facility standards Inspect facilities regularly to verify cleanliness and compliance with health and safety procedures Assign daily cleaning tasks to staff to optimize operational efficiency and coverage Investigate and resolve client complaints promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction Manage procurement by ordering cleaning supplies and materials to sustain uninterrupted operations Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity Train cleaning employees on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards to enhance team performance Research and evaluate new cleaning equipment and technologies to recommend improvements that enhance service delivery
