We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused E-Commerce & Platform Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, supporting merchant onboarding, ensuring smooth platform operations, and delivering an excellent user experience. You will also provide operational support for both online and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed through digital technology. Experience in SaaS platforms, customer success, or digital platform support will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities 1. E-Commerce & Platform Operations - Manage the daily operations of the company's e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, inventory, order management, and backend administration. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, images, pricing, and inventory records. - Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely inventory updates, stock movement, and order fulfilment. - Support merchant onboarding, including account setup, product uploads, backend configuration, and platform activation. - Provide first-level support to merchants and customers by resolving platform, account, and order-related enquiries promptly. - Guide merchants and users through downloading, registering, and using the SEAFE App effectively. - Educate merchants on the key features of the SEAFE ecosystem, AI-powered SaaS solutions, and digital tools that help improve business efficiency and growth. - Monitor platform performance and proactively identify operational issues or areas for improvement. 2. User Education & Platform Enablement - Develop user-friendly onboarding guides, FAQs, training materials, and knowledge base documentation. - Create simple instructional videos demonstrating platform features, merchant workflows, and App functionalities. - Conduct onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and basic platform training for new merchants and users. - Collect user feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve platform usability and customer experience. - Stay updated on new platform features and ensure users are informed of relevant enhancements. 3. Marketing & Business Operations Support - Support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, roadshows, and promotional activities. - Provide operational support for SEAFE retail stores, merchant events, and business networking activities when required. - Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, IT, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Assist in preparing operational reports, sales support materials, campaign performance reports, and business insights. - Perform other operational or administrative duties assigned to support business growth. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, digital platform operations, SaaS, or customer success. - Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar systems. - Good understanding of product catalogue management, inventory control, order processing, and merchant operations. - Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, ERP systems, or digital platform support is an advantage. - Comfortable guiding merchants and customers through digital systems with patience, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset. - Ability to create user guides, training documentation, and simple instructional videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership. - Candidates with experience in retail sales or retail store operations will be given preference. - Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred to support our diverse merchant and customer base.
