Operation Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations Manage the planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower Monitor work processes and performance of the on-site teams in order to achieve service excellence and ensure smooth operation and quality performance. Liaise and follow up closely with internal and external parties to ensure works are carried out in accordance to operational requirements. Undertake any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by HOD SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience in deployment of crane and manpower Possess strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent verbal and written communication Problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek (Saturday) Candidate should be comfortable handling daily communication with Mandarin-speaking transport personnel.
