Job Description & Requirements We are looking for a Full-time Café Manager to oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth service delivery, lead staff effectively, and maintain high standards of customer experience Responsibilities Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction Lead and coordinate café staff to maintain smooth workflow and high team performance Communicate clearly in English with staff and customers to facilitate effective service Apply prior F&B experience to manage food and beverage quality and service standards Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs Handle and lead offsite promotional activities Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or higher qualification Prior experience in food and beverage industry Ability to communicate effectively in English to support operations and customer interaction Other Information Salary: $3000 – $3200 (basic) Working Hours: 10 hours per day Days Off: 4 days per month Location: Upper Thomson WhatsApp contact: +65 8775 9124
