About this role
Develop and manage BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems in building projects (ME12) Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and clash-free designs. Prepare drawings, layouts, and schedules using Revit or similar software. Support project teams in design coordination and clash detection. Ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and regulations. 4. Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering . 5 years and above relevant BIM modelling experience in plumbing and sanitary works. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent BIM software. Knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and standards is preferred. Good communication and teamwork skills.
