Quantity Surveyor

Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for projects and tender submissions. Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Prepare contract documentation in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity takeoff techniques. Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes. Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. Generally covering the scope of a Quantity Surveyor from Pre to Post contract Works (e.g. Tendering to final account). Requirements Diploma in QS or its equivalent 2-3 years and above experience as Quantity Surveyor in Construction Industry Knowledge of both civil and architectural works is preferred Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines Interested candidates, please email your resume to hr@askgroup.sg or whatsapp at 88235721
