Own and execute the global engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned to business and digital priorities Rationalize legacy systems and reduce fragmentation across regions and domains; Establish clear domain ownership and platform boundaries Lead a globally distributed engineering organization across multiple regions, ensuring alignment, accountability, traceability, and delivery excellence Drive adoption and implementation of Agile at scale (SAFe 6.0), establishing consistent delivery practices and governance Build and scale AI-enabled engineering capabilities, including support for agentic systems, automation, and intelligent services embedded into platforms and operations Oversee end-to-end engineering across: Application development (web, mobile including iOS, Android, React Native, .Net, Angular) Platform engineering and architecture DevOps and CI/CD (Azure -DevOps, Bitbucket) QA and test automation Identity and access management (Okta, Auth0) Real-time systems and messaging integrations Performance and reliability engineering (Splunk, Site24x7, Uptrends) Lead cloud-native engineering and architecture on Microsoft Azure, including serverless (Azure Functions), APIs (.NET, Java), and scalable distributed systems Own the architecture and evolution of web, mobile, and messaging experience layers Drive adoption of modern frontend frameworks and headless/composable architecture Ensure consistent, personalized, omnichannel customer experiences Ensure engineering excellence across modern tech stack including Java, Node.js, .NET, and API-first Architectures Own platform scalability, performance, resilience, and security across all systems Partner with Data and Enterprise Services teams to enable real-time and data-driven capabilities Drive integration strategies across Salesforce, digital platforms, and enterprise systems Establish and lead Engineering Centers of Excellence (COEs) across key domains Build and foster a high-performance engineering cul…
