Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account cum HR Assistant / Junior Executive to join our Singapore office. In this role, you will provide equal support across both Human Resources and Accounting functions for our Singapore and Malaysia operations. You will be involved in recruitment, payroll, employee administration, accounting, invoicing, accounts payable, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. Assist to prepare and submit payroll-related statutory contributions, including Singapore and Malaysia. Work closely with the team to share updates and support cross-border HR and administrative initiatives. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Assist with Singapore work pass applications and renewals, including preparing the required documents, coordinating with clients, and supporting the application process. Assist to reply client's general enquiries Accounts & Administration Respond to client enquiries and provide timely support. Maintain and update internal databases and records. Reach out to clients regarding service renewals and statutory filing reminders. Prepare and issue customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes. Verify supplier invoices and prepare supplier payments. Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, payroll, or accounting. Knowledge of Singapore and/or Malaysia employment legislation, payroll practices, and statutory submissions. Familiarity with statutory contributions such as CPF, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax submissions. Experience with HR systems and payroll software is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
