Job Summary You will manage daily data entry for collections and bank-in transactions, monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from local and overseas customers, prepare weekly debtor aging reports, and support the team with ad-hoc duties. Responsibilities Enter daily collection data accurately, including administrative tasks for bank-in transactions and filing Monitor outstanding payments daily and follow up with local and overseas customers via email and phone calls to ensure timely collections Prepare and submit weekly reports on debtor aging to track payment status Support the team by performing any additional ad-hoc duties as required Coordinate with team members to maintain organized records and smooth workflow Preferred competencies and qualifications Undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Accountancy, or related fields Demonstrate good organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Work independently while collaborating effectively as a team player Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone etiquette skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with diverse customers and stakeholder Working Hour: Mon - Fri / 9am - 5.30pm Working location: 80 Robinson Road, #17-01/01A
