Job Summary Lead ASSETO FINTECH as CEO to define strategy, drive growth, manage teams, oversee fundraising, ensure regulatory compliance, and expand the company’s presence in Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities Define and execute the company’s overall strategy and business objectives to drive growth of the fintech software platform Lead product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams by building and maintaining an effective organizational structure Manage fundraising activities, maintain investor relations, and communicate effectively with the board to secure capital and ensure financial health Ensure company operations comply with Singapore MAS regulations and relevant cross-border regulatory frameworks Develop and implement strategic partnerships to expand business across Asia-Pacific markets, focusing on Singapore and Hong Kong Required competencies and certifications 10+ years of experience in fintech, software, or related industries, including senior executive leadership roles Proven ability to manage fundraising, build teams, and scale operations successfully Familiarity with Singapore and cross-border regulatory environments Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong strategic thinking demonstrated by successful execution of company growth plans Leadership skills evidenced by effective team management and organizational development Communication skills enabling clear investor and board engagement
