Project Manager/ Engineer

Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities Head a team of project staffs Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works Understand and ensure Site Safety requirements are met while executing works on site by Sub-contractors Good understanding of Singapore Standard Code of Practice Requirements Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) / or equivalent Preferably Project Manager specializing and experience in local private residential and commercial building Familiar with our local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment and safety aspects in the construction industry
