Quantity Surveyors

Responsibilities : · Evaluate tenders, cost estimates, manage contracts and advise on contractual matters · Preparing and submission of tender and contract documents · Studying tender specifications and drawings · Preparation of monthly progress claim · Valuation of sub-contractor’s progress claims and VO · Monthly cash flow projection · Preparation of final account Requirements: At least Diploma/ Degree in M&E or equivalent. 2-3 years of working experience in both pre & post contracts Well-versed in tendering process especially in local construction/ ACMV industry. Possess good negotiation and coordination skills. Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels. Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
