Project Coordinator Cum Driver

Job Summary Manage daily logistics by tracking schedules, processing documents, and coordinating between subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Responsibilities Organize and maintain all physical and digital records, including contracts, blueprints, and project manuals, to ensure accurate documentation and easy retrieval Monitor daily site activities against baseline timelines and update trade schedules to prevent bottlenecks and maintain project flow Schedule on-site meetings with project personnel, record minutes, and track actionable items to facilitate effective communication and follow-up Compile daily and weekly progress reports to provide Project Manager and clients with clear visibility into project status and milestones Identify logistical conflicts early and resolve minor disputes between trades to minimize site delays and maintain operational efficiency Enforce compliance with on-site safety regulations and verify that all personnel have the necessary safety equipment to maintain a safe working environment Required competencies and certifications Hold a valid Driving License Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience to effectively manage project logistics and site coordination Exhibit a proactive attitude and positive work ethic to anticipate challenges and support project success Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as project demands require
