Construction Supervisor Cum Driver

Job Summary Assign tasks to construction workers, enforce safety regulations, inspect work quality, and coordinate with subcontractors and project managers to ensure projects meet timelines. Responsibilities Assign tasks to construction personnel to meet project deadlines and quality standards Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify and manage safety hazards Verify that work techniques are performed correctly and safely to maintain quality Organize and manage work schedules to optimize resource allocation and project progress Assist project managers in planning work activities to align with project goals Complete detailed site reports and maintain accurate records of site activities Participate in site management meetings to communicate progress and resolve issues Required competencies and certifications Hold a valid Driving License Preferred competencies and qualifications Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Demonstrate over 10 years of hands-on site or project engineering experience Exhibit strong proficiency in interpreting project drawings for accurate execution Pro-active and good working attitude Able to work on weekend/Public Holidays should the need arise Able to work irregular hours should the need arise
