It offers over 10,000 car accessories and advanced workshop equipment across two specialty showrooms in Ubi and Bukit Batok, along with repair and maintenance services. Job Summary Drive lead management and customer engagement by tracking sales inquiries, handling complaints, managing online contests, and supporting promotional activities to enhance customer retention and business growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to create engaging content for social media channels to increase brand visibility Track every sales lead received and conduct timely follow-ups to maximize sales closure Analyze lead data and submit detailed reports on lost sales to management using provided templates Investigate customer complaints, assist stores in formulating responses, and generate complaint forms to track and identify root causes Communicate effectively with external parties such as CASE Association to resolve issues Manage difficult client interactions professionally to maintain positive customer relationships Organize monthly online contests by assisting with goodie bag preparation, following up with participants for prize collection, and ensuring proper documentation and filing of prize/voucher forms Post monthly promotional content online and support additional posts as requested to boost marketing efforts Assist in shortlisting products or services for social media features to enhance promotional impact Handle and retain existing customers by managing account-related activities to foster loyalty Provide accurate and timely information and updates to management for informed decision-making Support organizational events such as tradeshows and supplier events as needed Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support business operations
