HR Executive (Payroll & HR Compliance) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executiveto manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies and support awide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledgeof Singapore employment laws, statutory requirements, payroll administration,and HR best practices. This role requires excellent organizational skills,accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple companies/entities. Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and final payments. Ensure compliance with statutory contributions and payroll regulations, including CPF, SDL, NS make-up pay, and income tax reporting. Prepare payroll reports, payroll reconciliations, and management summaries. Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly. Coordinate payroll audits and maintain payroll records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. HR Operations Administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and employee records. Manage leave administration, attendance records, and employee benefits. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements. Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and personnel files. HR Compliance & Regulatory Matters Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and other relevant labour regulations. Stay updated on changes to Singapore employment legislation, MOM guidelines, CPF requirements, and HR best practices.
