Senior Project Engineer (ACMV)

Benefit Staggered working hours available Work From Home arrangement (subject to role and operational needs) Performance Bonus & AWS Medical coverage with panel clinics Company incentive trip bonding activities Job Responsibilities: Planning and scheduling of projects To manage ACMV / M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule To handle design for ACMV / M&E and to ensure clients' requirements are met To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent. Post Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV project management for senior role. Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing is preferred. Knowledge of ACMV systems, ACMV installation, testing, and commissioning. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Fast learner, self motivated, good problem solving skills Willing to learn, positive attitude
