Quantity Surveyor (ACMV/Electrical QS)

Benefit Staggered working hours available Work From Home arrangement (subject to role and operational needs) Performance Bonus & AWS Medical coverage with panel clinics Team bonding activities & company incentive trips Job Responsibility Responsible for the full suite of ACMV or Electrical Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities and sourcing. Knowledgeable in VRV system, Multi Split System and Aircon Ducting / Ventilation / Electrical. Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of drawing and specifications. Preparation of tender and contract documents, including quantity take off & liaise with Clients & consultants. Obtain, compile and evaluate quotation from supplier according to tender requirement. Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters. Must able to do the costing independently to complete the whole tender process. To liaise with the supplier, main contractors, and sub-contractors to prepare the costing for tender submission. Respond and follow up to client’s queries for submitted tender. Attend site briefing (if necessary) during pre-tender and tender interview. Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities within stipulated timelines. Maintain proper documents and filing of drawings for all tenders and project according to requirements. Other related duties, as assigned. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical) or Quantity Survey or equivalent. Entry-level candidates are welcomed. Candidate with relevant experience in ACMV or electrical quantity surveyor will be considered for senior role. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Fast learner, self motivated, good problem solving skills Willing to learn, positive attitude Experienced in ACMV / Electrical sector will be advantage
