Job Responsibilities: Manage and monitor IT systems and infrastructure (servers, storage systems, backup & recovery, phone system, video conferencing system, UPS, server/ LAN rooms, etc) to ensure high availability, performance & security. Ensure highest level of system availability and performance, respond to critical alerts including potential cybersecurity exploits. Install, configure, test and maintain servers' operating system and hardware including the latest mandatory and security patches, etc. Maintain up-to-date server and hardware inventory list and develop SOP documents. Continuous work improvement in operational efficiency through automation scripts, implementation of new technology and knowledge sharing Lead and participate in assigned projects Upgrade and renewal of IT systems/ hardware/ software in a timely manner. Support IT helpdesk activities and backup teammates when needed. The above activities are no means exhaustive and are subjected to amendment whenever is needed. Job Specifications Minimum Education / Qualifications: Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum Years of Relevant Experience 2 years’ experiences in managing/ implementing IT systems infrastructure and supporting Helpdesk function. Candidate with more years of experiences may be considered for a senior position. Knowledge / Skills: Must have experiences in IT systems infrastructure including managing/ implementing the following: VMware, Windows servers 2016, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange online, Azure/ AWS, Windows script, Window and Office 365 PowerShell script, etc. DNS, DHCP, WINS, File and Print, FTP, RDP, WWW, WSUS, MDT, etc. Experiences in IT network infrastructure will be advantages: Network devices particularly in switches, Wifi, and router (preferable Cisco). Structured cabling, IT security firewalls, IPS and endpoint, etc (preferable Cisco and Symantec). Experience in project, incident, change and risk management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work and deliver under tight timeline. Attributes (functional or leadership competencies) Customer-centric mindset.
