Job Overview We are looking for a Pre-sales Consultant to connect client needs, technical solutions and sales goals in Fintech. This role combines demand analysis, client relationship management, solution positioning and deal facilitation, acting as a liaison between clients, sales and development teams. Candidates with prior experience in financial operations and a solid understanding of technology architecture will be highly valued. CFA charter holders or candidates progressing through CFA exams will be given preference. Responsibilities 1. Pre-sales & Deal Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to understand client needs, drive deal closure, and provide relevant technical pre-sales support. 2. Solution Design: Design feasible solutions based on client needs; prepare proposals, PoC and conduct demonstrations. 3. Client Relationship: Build long-term client relationships, identify pain points and ensure positive feedback. 4. Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to align solutions with technical feasibility and guide related demand discussions. 5. Change & Upsell: Handle client-related changes, optimize solutions and identify potential upsell opportunities. 6. Governance: Follow company project management and governance framework. Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields. 2. Experience: ≥3 years as Business Analyst/Pre-sales Consultant, with Fintech experience (Banking/Financial Services preferred). 3. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SDLC; basic Java/SQL (no coding required); financial system experience (e.g., risk management, core banking) 4. Competencies: Excellent communication, logical thinking, sales drive, stress resistance and coordination skills. Preferred CFA charterholder or progressing toward CFA certification.
