About this role

We are looking for Sales Specialist based in Singapore, the Sales Specialist will manage the sales cycle, from identifying and engaging potential clients to closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, providing training, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional duties include maintaining accurate sales records and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities 1. Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in banking software to expand market presence and revenue streams 2. Lead end-to-end sales processes for core banking systems and investment research platforms, ensuring successful deal closure 3. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with private banks, family offices, and wealth management firms to drive business growth 4. Utilize your established financial ecosystem network to build a robust sales pipeline and generate qualified leads 5. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution 6. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering tailored fintech solutions that address their specific business challenges and objectives 7. Engage C-level executives with persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence decision-making 8. Manage complex sales cycles independently, demonstrating self-motivation and results orientation Preferred competencies and qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields 2. 3+ years of proven sales success in fintech solutions, including banking solution, wealth management, or investment research platforms 3. Strong knowledge of private banking and wealth management workflows to effectively align solutions with client needs 4.
