Planning workflows, setting goals, managing budgets, and overseeing employee performance through coaching, hiring and conflict resolution. Implementing health and safety plans, enforcing regulations, and reducing workplace hazards. Inspecting work to ensure compliance with specifications& plans. Organizing work crews, assigning tasks, and providing leadership/mentorship to workers. Managing subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries. Preparing daily reports, tracking costs, and managing on-site documentation. Effectively bilingual (preferably have to handle Bengali workers) May have to work overnight ( preferably at night shift until late night)
