We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager/ Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships for a fast‑growing SME providing AI and data science solutions focused on sustainability and performance improvements in the built environment domain. This role requires a strong understanding of building systems and facility operations and the ability to work closely with customers, technical teams, and external partners to translate business needs into well‑defined, commercially viable solutions. The successful candidate will own the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity development and solution design through proposal, presentation, and deal closure—while ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Execution Manage the full sales cycle including business development, pipeline creation, forecasting, and deal closure. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and solution pitches tailored to client needs. Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and potential partnerships. Prepare proposals and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract award. Client Relationship & Account Management Maintain and grow customer accounts through proactive engagement and relationship management. Understand customer needs and articulate relevant data, analytics, and AI‑driven solutions effectively. Ensure high customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
