Mis Manager (IT Manager)

We are currentlylooking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Manager (IT Manager) . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's overall IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations. Oversee ERP implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and user support. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and system compliance. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers. Provide technical guidance and leadership to internal users. Ensure smooth operation of servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure. Prepare IT budgets and manage IT assets. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience. At least 3-5 years in a managerial or team leadership role. Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation . Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and cybersecurity. Experience managing external vendors and IT projects. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in manufacturing or trading companies would be an advantage. Preferred Qualifications PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or relevant professional certifications. Experience leading ERP implementation or digital transformation projects. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance. Recruitment Criteria Stable employment history. Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
