Job Description We are looking for a versatile and motivated Barista cum Operations & Customer Service Executive to support our café’s daily operations while delivering warm, attentive service to our customers. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the floor, takes ownership of operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Barista & Café Operations Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items to quality and brand standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and café equipment Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times Support opening and closing duties, including cash handling and station setup Customer Service Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service to all customers Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints calmly and effectively Create a welcoming café environment that encourages repeat visits Uphold the brand’s service values and service recovery standards Operations & Administrative Support Assist with daily operational coordination and workflow efficiency Monitor stock levels, support inventory checks, and assist with ordering Support staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic reporting. Savvy users of Microsoft Office, Apps, Canva and other mobile apps.
