Barista / Service Crew

Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service. Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required. Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning. Ensure the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations are clean, organised, and fully stocked. Perform daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties, including routine maintenance of coffee equipment. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory, replenishment, and stock rotation. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service or café environment is preferred. Knowledge of espresso-based coffee preparation and milk texturing is an advantage. Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well as part of a team. Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
