Business Development Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability. Lead and oversee the overall operations, including sales, project management, procurement, finance, and administration. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the office furniture and commercial interior fit-out market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and business partners. Oversee the successful delivery of office furniture supply and interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved. Monitor financial performance, prepare business plans, manage budgets, and ensure the company's profitability. Ensure compliance with all applicable Singapore laws, workplace safety regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop employees to foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment. Work closely with the Japan headquarters to align corporate strategies, business objectives, product development, and operational initiatives. Represent the company in business negotiations, industry events, and meetings with key stakeholders.
