Operational Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Streamline workflows, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency. Monitor KPIs and operational performance, recommending improvements. 2. Project & Client Delivery Management Oversee consulting project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Coordinate between cross-functional teams (consultants, HR, finance, IT). Manage client expectations and ensure service excellence.
